The Ski Monster is excited to announce its reopening. Our in-store retail operation was suspended to protect the health and well being of our community, customers and staff.

Our team continues to work hard to create a safe environment for you to enjoy. As we welcome you back, we want to share a few important details regarding our commitment to ensuring you have the best experience possible.

BOOKING REQUIRED: All visits require you to book ahead. Use our booking app or contact customer service via email or phone. It’s super easy to set up an appointment using the app (preferred). Simply select the service you are looking for (if it’s sales you can even make an appointment with your favorite staffer) then select the date and time. Bookings must be made at least one hour prior to your visit and can be made 30 days in advance.

BE SAFE: We’re able to provide you with plenty of personal space and our team members will be wearing face coverings and conducting thorough cleanings between customers. Please follow all physical distancing regulations and make use of hand sanitizing stations throughout your visit.

YOUR VISIT: Our move to one-on-one service enables us to focus on each customer individually and elevate your Ski Monster experience. You are allowed 1 guest during your appointment. All services will be completed during your visit, yes, even tunes and mounts. Tunes are completed in 30 minutes. (max 2 pair of skis/boards per appointment slot, some exclusions apply, crazy bindings, severe damage etc.) If you are having skis, boots or boards serviced, you may shop during your time slot while you wait for your equipment.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT: No lines. No cash payment. Electronic/Cards only. You’ve been to our Boston Store, and you know we don’t have cash registers. Customers can pay anywhere in the store – This allows us to take payments without contact, while remaining physically distanced.

OFF HOURS BOOKING: We will do our best to accommodate your shopping needs. 6am boot fit? Yes, that’s possible. Simply contact The Ski Monster customer service team.

WALK-INS: Although walk-ins are not recommended; our staff will do its best to accommodate. If we do not have an opening when you walk in, one of our hosts will book a convenient appointment for the services you need.

** We no longer offer Junior equipment of any kind, including JR leases/rentals.
