Our Boston Store is open by Appointment Only.

We are open by appointment only for in-store services and shopping. That way every single person who comes into the store is getting the best one-on-one, personalized experience possible with our expert staff. 

Booking Required

All visits require you to book ahead. Use our booking app (preferred) or contact customer service via email or phone. Setting an appointment is super easy: just select your service, your staffer, and the date/time to lock yourself in for the allotted slot (process takes about 40 seconds, yea we timed it).

Bookings must be made at least 1 hour prior to your visit and can be made up to 30 days in advance.

We require a credit card to hold all ski, boot and binding sales related appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a cancellation fee charged to your credit card of up to $200.

Please limit your party to no more than 2 people. 

No Walk-Ins

You may walk in to schedule a future appointment with one of our hosts.  Walk-in shopping or drop offs are not permitted. 

Off Hours Booking

We will do our best to accommodate your shopping needs. 5am boot fit? Yes, that’s possible. Simply contact The Ski Monster customer service team.
