Incredible performance and unmatched style... all at same time. Who said you couldn't have it all? This is one of those skis that other manufacturers will try to copy. A powerful ski that isn't difficult to ski. It can arc a mean turn and it's a blast in the trees. Bangarang.

LITTLE BLACK DRESS, MEET LITTLE BLACK SKI.

This is the top of the food chain. Among every female skier at The Ski Monster the Elan Ripstick 94 Black is a favorite season after season. This ski is an awesome combo of predictability and power that gives us one of the best skis we've ever been on. Nimble without being nervous, powerful without being demanding, stable, and confident even as you push the gas pedal to redline. The Elan Ripstick 94w Black edition is the same shape and profile as the Ripstick 94w but with 4 carbon rods instead of 2. Apparently, those extra carbon rods do a lot because the Ripstick 94 Black Edition definitely has more power all without being difficult to drive at low speeds or in bumps and trees. The Ripstick 94 Black is one of the best women's specific skis ever made. This ski RIPS. While the Ripstick 94 Black is a more powerful feeling ski, it is still light enough for a hybrid touring setup.

Who is this ski for? Everyone. There's a short list of skis we can say that about.

Who isn't this ski for? People who don't leave warm climates.

What's the difference between Ripstick 94w and 94w Black? Ripstick 94w has two rods of carbon while the Ripstick 94w Black has 4. Ripstick 96 is easier to balance on and is more maneuverable, Ripstick 96 Black is more powerful, precise, and stable.
