The ThirtyTwo TM-2 Double BOA is what many riders graduate into after realizing they want more support from their snowboard boots.
It doesn't feel dramatically stiffer than an everyday all-mountain boot, but it does feel noticeably more capable. From the moment you put it on, there's a greater sense of structure and precision that translates directly into more confidence on snow.
Like the updated Lashed, the TM-2 benefits from the significant improvements ThirtyTwo has made to its liners over the past few seasons. The fit is comfortable right out of the box, with a plush feel that eliminates much of the break-in period riders used to expect from supportive boots.
Where the TM-2 separates itself is in its overall construction.
The liner is denser and more performance-oriented, while the shell delivers a stronger, more supportive flex that responds well when you're carving harder, riding faster, or navigating technical terrain. The fit remains accommodating through the forefoot, but the boot wraps your foot with greater precision, giving you a more connected feel without becoming overly restrictive.
The Dual BOA system lets you independently adjust the upper and lower zones for a secure, customizable fit, while ThirtyTwo's Performance Internal Harness helps keep your heel planted during aggressive riding. Add in the reinforced overmolds, durable outsole, and supportive tongue construction, and you end up with a boot that feels every bit as solid as it looks.
