Brake width on your bindings should be at least as wide as your ski waist but not excessively wider. If the brake option is wider — A good rule is to choose a brake that’s no more than 10 mm wider than your ski’s waist width. For example, if your skis are 95 mm underfoot, a 100 mm brake is ideal.
