CURRENT JOB OPENINGS
THE SKI MONSTER MINNESOTA
All roles below come with a sweet host of perks including access to free & heavily discounted gear, lift tickets, and events throughout the season!
GENERAL MANAGER — Full-Time — $60K–$65K — Eligible for Health & Dental Benefits — We’re looking for one of the first key members of The Ski Monster’s new Minnesota location—someone excited by the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats and help shape how the store operates from day one.
This is a full-time role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is equally comfortable working with customers on the sales floor, jumping into warehouse operations, or working closely with our Customer Experience team to ensure top notch service across all channels. As the Minnesota location grows, this person will play an important role in helping us build efficient systems, deliver a great customer experience, and establish The Ski Monster in a new market.
BOOTFITTER — Full-Time/Part-Time — $25–$30/Hour — We’re looking for a full-time Ski Boot Fitter who combines strong people skills with a genuine understanding of ski equipment and an interest in the technical side of boot fitting.
Boot fitting at The Ski Monster is equal parts product knowledge, problem solving, and conversation. The right person will ideally have previous sales experience and a strong foundational knowledge of ski equipment—particularly ski boots—but they don’t need to walk in knowing everything. More important is the ability to learn quickly, listen carefully, and adapt to the unique needs of every skier and every fit.
SKI/SNOWBOARD SALES — Full-Time/Part-Time — $25–$30/Hour — We’re looking for a Ski & Snowboard sales person who combines strong people skills with a genuine understanding of ski and/or snowboard equipment and a passion for helping customers find the right gear.
Sales at The Ski Monster is built around understanding the customer as well as they understand the gear. The right person will ideally have previous sales experience and a strong foundational knowledge of ski and/or snowboard equipment, but just as important is their ability to have a great conversation, ask the right questions, and adjust their recommendations as they learn more about each customer. Strong product knowledge is important, but so is the curiosity and adaptability to keep learning.
WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT — Full-Time/Part-Time — $20–$25/Hour — We’re looking for a full-time Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to help keep The Ski Monster’s e-commerce and distribution operation running accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The primary responsibility of this role is fulfilling online orders with a high level of accuracy and expediency, along with receiving and processing new inventory as it arrives at our warehouse. This person will be an important link between our warehouse, Customer Experience, and Operations teams, helping ensure that the right products are in the right place and that every order leaves our facility correctly and on time.
