If you’re like me than you’ve probably been hit pretty hard with North Face Ventrix Jacket targeted Facebook ads in the last year. If you’re not like me (aka a normal person who doesn’t spend all of their internet bandwidth reading about ski gear) then this will be a helpful introduction the the newest, coolest thing from The North Face. Basically the Ventrix insulation is both stretchy and perforated, with tiny holes opening up to increase venting the more you move, but staying shut when you’re still. More breathability when you need it, more warmth when you don’t. 

P.S. there’s a hooded version as well if that’s more your thing.
