It’s not enough these days for a jacket to simply be warm and waterproof with all the technical features that you need. As good as all that sounds, it still needs to look good and feel good when you wear it - I mean if you’re not looking sick than why even ski? That’s where slim fit and full four way stretch comes in. The jacket fit pulls off the slim fit really well and still leaves just enough room to layer underneath, not that you’ll need a ton of layers anyway with all the insulation that’s packing but its good to have for the really cold days. Four-way stretch means that the jacket stretches in every direction as oppose to just side-to-side, stretch fabrics aren’t just for comfort either, it makes your range of motion way better. Plus you’ve still got all that technical stuff like goggle pockets, waterproof zips, etc.
