Same shell as last year, and that's a good thing. Real low-volume fit. True-to-size length. Firm heel pocket that keeps you connected to the ski without feeling overly aggressive. The instep has enough room to eliminate one of the biggest complaints we had with older Mach1 LVs, while still maintaining the precise fit that makes this boot so good. Some people will say there's too much instep room—we don't buy it. We were creating more instep space in almost every previous-generation Mach1 LV we sold.
The cuff shape works with a surprisingly wide range of lower leg and calf shapes. It's also easier to get on and off than most low-volume boots, something you'll appreciate every cold morning in the parking lot. The CAS shell is straightforward to customize, making this one of our favorite low-volume boots to fit.

Use the sizing chart below to get a general idea of your ski boot size, but keep in mind that personal shoe habits — like sizing up — can make charts misleading. Ski boots are sized in mondo point, which is simply the length of your foot in centimeters, and there’s no true half sizing — 26.0 and 26.5 are typically the same boot.
