The Nordica Cruise 130 is a high-volume boot for wider foot shapes that offers a surprising amount of performance. The Cruise 130 isn't the most powerful 130 flex boot out there, but it has a smooth, progressive flex pattern that allows skiers to get energy from the boot to ski efficiently and predictably. The Cruise 130 is easy to put on and take off, considering it's a stiffer flexing boot, and the liner is softer and more supple -- making it a great option for skiers who prioritize a more "comfortable" boot. The Cruise 130 offers a generous 104mm last to keep wider foot shapes happier while still being precise enough in the heel to keep you grounded in the boot. Lateral stiffness in the Cruise 130 is really solid, allowing you to roll skis from edge to edge with ease and stability. If you're a good skier with wider feet who has struggled to find a boot generous fitting enough to keep your feet happy all day, this could be a solid option. 

Bootfitter's Notes

The Cruise 130 is a true high-volume fit, meaning it makes the most sense for skiers with wider feet. It is snug enough in the heel, ankle, and sides of the feet to keep you secure as you ski around the resort, but this is not an overbearing fit. Length is on the generous side to keep your toes happy, and the cuff of the boot is accommodating enough to fit larger calves without any issue. The Cruise 130 also has a heat moldable liner to get the fit even more dialed in. The shell of the boot can be modified to remove any pressure points that don't come out after the liner is broken in. Instep and the area on top of your foot are generous as well, again to keep your feet happy all day. Awesome boot for skiers with wider feet who don't want to be crammed into a narrow boot and like comfort.
