The Mammut Aconcagua ML Hooded Jacket is a warmer, more substantial technical fleece that still moves exceptionally well. Polartec Power Stretch Pro provides plenty of insulation while remaining breathable, quick-drying, and stretchy enough for active days on snow.
The abrasion-resistant nylon exterior also makes the Aconcagua tougher than your average fleece, while its athletic fit keeps bulk down underneath a shell. Raglan sleeves reduce pressure around the shoulders, and the fitted hood slides underneath a ski helmet when you want some extra warmth.
Two backpack-compatible zippered pockets and low-profile thumb loops finish off a technical midlayer that works particularly well for skiing, touring, and other cold-weather activities where you’re actually moving.
