The Lange XT3 boots are some of the best skiing Alpine Touring boots currently on the market. The 130 LV offers unrivaled performance with an unbeatable fit for a skier who has narrow feet or doesn't want to sacrifice an ounce of dowhill performance. This is a touring capable boot that skis better than quite a few true downhill boots. If your goal is to have a boot that is more than resort capable and can drive burly, powerful skis this needs to be on your list. It can get you uphill with ease if you don't mind a slightly heavier boot, but on the way down the boot shreds. The walk mode is intuitave, smooth and offers good range of motion. It has great lateral stiffness and a powerful and progressive forward flex pattern. For advanced skiers who are performance oriented, there aren't a whole lot of touring boots out there (maybe none) that offer better performance and fit than the Lange XT3 130 LV. Get some. 

How's the fit? A low volume boot that doesn't kill your feet. 97mm last is on the generous side. Length is precise but not enough to warrant sizing up. Instep is generous. Heel is precise and firm.
