K2 BFC 120 BOA Ski Boots 2027
Description
Bootfitter's Notes
The BFC—which stands for Built For Comfort—lives up to its name. If you've struggled to find boots that don't squeeze your feet or calves, the BFC 120 should be high on your list. It's built around a generous 103 mm last with a roomy toe box, plenty of space over the instep, and one of the most accommodating cuffs we've seen in a performance boot.
The addition of the lower Shell BOA makes an already comfortable boot even better. Instead of relying solely on buckles to pull the shell together, the BOA evenly wraps the forefoot and instep, creating a more consistent fit while minimizing pressure points. It also makes micro-adjustments throughout the day incredibly easy.
Despite its comfort-first personality, the BFC 120 skis much better than many people expect. The 120 flex provides enough support for strong intermediate and advanced skiers to confidently drive modern all-mountain skis, although it doesn't have the razor-sharp, race-inspired feel of lower-volume performance boots. Instead, it delivers smooth, predictable power transfer that's perfect for skiers who prioritize having fun over chasing every last ounce of precision.
The heel pocket strikes a nice balance between security and comfort. It holds the foot well without feeling overly aggressive, making it approachable for skiers transitioning out of rental boots or anyone who's been frustrated by tighter performance fits. Both the shell and liner are fully heat moldable, making the BFC one of the easiest boots on the market for a bootfitter to customize.
If comfort is your number one priority but you still want a boot capable of confidently skiing the entire mountain, the K2 BFC 120 BOA continues to be one of our most recommended high-volume boots. It's comfortable, easy to fit, and delivers all the performance most resort skiers will ever need.

Size Chart
Use the sizing chart below to get a general idea of your ski boot size, but keep in mind that personal shoe habits — like sizing up — can make charts misleading. Ski boots are sized in mondo point, which is simply the length of your foot in centimeters, and there’s no true half sizing — 26.0 and 26.5 are typically the same boot.
