K2 BFC 120 Ski Boots 2027
Description
Bootfitter's Notes
The BFC 120 shares the exact same shell shape, fit, and flex as the BOA version. The only real difference is the closure system. Instead of a lower BOA dial, this model uses traditional four-buckle construction, making it a great option for skiers who simply prefer the feel and familiarity of buckles.
One advantage of the buckle version is ease of entry for some skiers. Those with particularly high insteps may find it's easier to slide their foot into the shell since there isn't a BOA cable spanning the lower shell that can occasionally catch the top of the foot during entry.
Built around a generous 103 mm last, the BFC is designed for wider feet, higher insteps, and skiers who want a comfortable fit from first chair to last. The toe box is roomy, there's plenty of space over the top of the foot, and the cuff is one of the most accommodating on the market for larger or more muscular calves.
The heel pocket provides enough hold to keep you connected to the ski without feeling overly aggressive, striking a nice balance between comfort and control. On snow, the 120 flex delivers smooth, predictable performance that's more than capable of driving modern all-mountain skis, even if it isn't intended to feel as precise as lower-volume, race-inspired boots.
Both the shell and liner are fully heat moldable, making the BFC one of the easiest boots for a bootfitter to customize if additional room is needed.
If you're looking for a high-volume boot that emphasizes comfort without giving up dependable all-mountain performance, the BFC 120 remains one of our top recommendations. It's comfortable, easy to fit, and a great choice for intermediate to advanced skiers who simply want to enjoy every run.

Size Chart
Use the sizing chart below to get a general idea of your ski boot size, but keep in mind that personal shoe habits — like sizing up — can make charts misleading. Ski boots are sized in mondo point, which is simply the length of your foot in centimeters, and there’s no true half sizing — 26.0 and 26.5 are typically the same boot.
