The Midlayer jacket is not a new concept, however Helly Hansen just happens to be extremely good at designing them. The Lifaloft insulator can be worn as a standalone lightweight jacket for your uphill days or just hanging around town, or it can be used under a shell for your deepest days on the mountain. Hence the name, Helly hanses uses their LifaLoft technology which combines thier Lifa fabric with synthetic PrimaLoft insulation, giving this jacket great breathability on top of insulating performance. Regardless of application, Helly's Lifaloft insulator jacket is guaranteed to keep you cozy out in the cold.
