HELLY TECH Professional fabric provides top-level waterproofing, breathability, and wind protection, while a combination of 133g PrimaLoft Black and blowable synthetic insulation gives the Alphelia plenty of loft for cold days. The four-way stretch shell is a big part of what makes it work on snow, allowing the warmer, puffier construction to move naturally rather than feeling bulky or restrictive.
Underarm vents give you some control when you start heating up, while an adjustable helmet-compatible hood, powder skirt, LIFE POCKET+, RECCO reflector, wrist gaiters, and plenty of storage make this much more than a good-looking puffer. If warmth is a priority but you still want a jacket you can ski hard in, the Alphelia Puffy makes a lot of sense.
