The Bogner FIRE+ICE Janka4 Jacket is a great example of why this line works so well for resort skiing. It looks more refined than your typical technical ski jacket, but underneath there’s a legitimately strong feature set.
Four-way stretch keeps the jacket comfortable and mobile, while 20K waterproofing and 20K breathability give it plenty of protection for storm days. Thermore Ecodown synthetic insulation adds lightweight warmth without making the jacket overly bulky, and the combination of stretch fabric with quilted nylon panels gives the Janka4 a distinct look.
A removable hood, powder skirt, thumb loops, pass pocket, and plenty of storage round things out. It’s a particularly good option for the resort skier who wants one warm jacket that can handle a lot of different weather without giving up fit or style.
