True-to-size length. True 100 mm fit. Same shell as the Prime 130. Same excellent fit. The BOA Fit System does a great job wrapping the top of your foot evenly, making this one of our favorite 100 mm boots for skiers who need a little extra room over the instep. If you've struggled with pressure across the top of your foot in other performance boots, the Prime is a great place to start.
The heel pocket is secure without feeling overly aggressive, and the cuff shape works well for a wide variety of lower leg and calf shapes. The one area to pay attention to is the toe box. While the boot measures a true 100 mm, it has a slightly more tapered shape than boots like the Nordica Speedmachine or Tecnica Mach1 MV, so skiers who are sensitive around the big toe or pinky toe may notice it. The good news is the shell and liner heat mold extremely well, making it easy for a boot fitter to fine-tune.
Compared to the 130, the Prime 120 delivers a slightly more forgiving flex that will work better for a larger percentage of advanced skiers without giving up the precise feel that makes the Hawx Prime lineup so popular.

Ski boots are sized in mondo point, which is simply the length of your foot in centimeters, and there’s no true half sizing — 26.0 and 26.5 are typically the same boot.
