T2B LAPS

T2B or Top to Bottom laps on the Silver Queen Gondola is mandatory when skiing on Aspen Mountain.  The weather can be very different at the top then at the bottom depending on the day, having a jacket that is suited for such adventure is also mandatory.  The Silver Queen by Strafe is able to function well in a variety of temperatures as a result of Polartec fabric and insulation.  NeoShell and Alpha insulation provide the best breathability an insulated pieces, by being more breathable you feel more comfortable at the base of Aspen on a warm Spring day when it's below freezing at the top.  It's about being comfortable no matter where you are on the hill and for that reason we reccommend the Strafe Silver Queen Jacket.

Fit

The Silver Queen Jacket has a tailored look and fit.  Since it's a 2L jacket it has a less crinkly feel and look.  A classic fit and a timeless look in a technical jacet. 

Style

Strafe's jacket is a 2 Layer waterproof and breathable Polartec Neo Alpha Jacket.  

Performance Level

Polartec Neo Shell's are known for outstanding breathability.  The Highlands Jacket is great for those that are on the hill working hard and breaking a sweat as it will allow the moisture to escape better than Gore.  The Level of wind protection is fantastic, the only downside to Polartec Neoshell jacket is they are not quite as waterproof.  But you need to ask yourself if you're really skiing when it's raining.

Insulation

Strafe uses Polartec Alpha for insulation in the Silver Queen jacket for unmatched breathability.  The difference between traditional insulation and Polartec Alpha is that Polartec's insulation allows moisture to escape while keeping the heat in.  The result is an insulated jacket that feels way less clammy.  

Pockets

Two insulated hand pockets, one lift ticket pocket on the left sleeve and two internal pockets one with a media port.

Venting

Pit zips with a tab big enough to pull yourself, so you don't have to be that guy on the chairlift asking to have your pit zips, zipped or unzipped.

Additional Awesomeness

4-way stretch through out the jacket makes the jacket much more comfortable and less restricting.  It's a jacket you won't want to take off, it's that nice.
