The merino fabric does a great job of keeping your temperature dialed in and wicking sweat off of your skin to keep you dry. The flat-locked seams and shoulder panels do a solid job of minimizing chafing and the interlock knit allows for awesome mobility. This is a base layer you can throw on first thing in the morning and then ski in all day without becoming uncomfortable. Also, merino wool is naturally anti-microbial so you can go right from the slopes to your favorite aprés spot without stinking the whole place up.
