Peformance

Nikwax TX.Direct restores the coating on breathable waterproof garments so that they maintain their water repellency in order to also remain breathable. 

For waterproof clothing to do its job, it needs to be breathable, allowing moisture vapor to pass through it. When a garment is dirty or the DWR coating has worn down, breathability is reduced and the fabric is unable to let moisture out.

When to use?

When your waterproof clothing begins to soak water up...it is time to restore the coating on the face fabric. 

If your clothing is fairly new, a wash with Nikwax Tech Wash should revitalize the DWR. If it has been thoroughly worn, add some TX.Driect Wash-In to really bring it back to life.

How to use?

Nikwax TX.Direct is super easy and quick to use and apply by mixing into a washing machine with your selected garment. The need for tumble drying has been eliminated to protect older or more delicate garments from heat.

When the item air dries, the Durable Water Repellency will develop and provide a revitalized coating on the product.
