The Mammut Nirvana Backpack should be the standard for free riding functionality. The Nirvana pack comes with a max volume of 30 liters, which is the perfect size for storing all of your gear for a ski-day. Mammut builds this bag with their Aluminum V-Frame construction and a 2-Layer EVA padded back. This construction is great for load transfer to the hips while maintaining upper body freedom, as well as maximizing comfort. The Nirvana is equipped to carry either skis or snowboards. The bag comes with a plush stabilization belt for fantastic hike comfort, and skis can either be carried on the side or diagonal across the back. With pockets big enough for all your gear and a hydration ready sleeve, the Mammut Nirvana backpack is ready to dominate any winter excursion!

The 30L Nirvana backpack comes in one size and it fits most people.

Aluminum V-Frame - This construction helps to transfer the load to the hips, as well as help keep freedom of movement for the upper body.

2-Layer EVA High-Density Back Padding - This back padding provides comfort and support.

Hip and Shoulder Belts -These belts are covered with a stretch fabric that makes them super comfortable and easy to adjust. The right hip belt sports a small stash pocket for essentials. 

Ski/Snowboard Carry Style

Snowboard Carrier - A vertical snowboard carrier with rubber reinforced edge guards.

Ski Attachment - The bag allows for skis to be carried on the side of the pack in an A-Frame or diagonally with bases together.

Pockets

Avy Gear Front Pocket - The front pocket is perfect for avalanche safety equipment.

Padded Goggle Pocket - Keep your goggles lined in fleece to keep them safe from scratches and dents.

Main Compartment -  The top loading main compartment will store all your gear for the day. Inside the main compartment you will find a hydration sleeve and a small zipped inner compartment  that is perfect for storing your personal belongings.
