The Empire is designed to be a high-performance all-mountain boot with ample support and responsiveness. Deeluxe’s proprietary asymmetrical flex provides great support throughout the boot with carefully placed flex zones and reinforcement in crucial areas to create a comfortable yet performance-oriented boot. To add to the list of performance the boot’s heat moldable liner and Section Control lacing helps dial in that perfect fit for optimal board feel and control on the mountain. Lacing System

C3 Lacing with Speed Lacing – C3 construction allows you to adjust boot fit, flex, and comfort. The three-part division allows the heel, forefoot, and shaft zones to be isolated and tightened separately.

Boot Liner

Thermo Flex Inner Boot – Heat formable to your foot for a completely customized fit. 

Custom Flex Construction –  Provides a low profile and an especially responsive ride. Enables the rider to adjust the support and responsiveness of the boot.

Boot Sole and Footbed

D-Lug Sole –  1.5cm shorter than traditional boots. Places feet 8mm closer to the board.

Flex 

Flex Rating 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) –  A medium-stiff flex provides the optimal combination of support and responsiveness.

Asymmetrical Flex – The large flex area and soft reinforcement on the boot's inside offer maximum comfort. The small flex area and stiff reinforcement on the boot's outside provide complete support. The defined fold zone in the joint area eliminates bulging to provide strong heel hold and a refined flex.

Additional Awesomeness

Powerstrap –  By securing the calf in place, the Powerstrap adds additional support to a boot's lacing system.

Waterproof Construction –  Precise stitching and a sandwich construction ensure water can't penetrate the boot's shell. After all, a dry foot is a happy foot.
