END OF SEASON SALE, ALL 2024 GEAR ON SALE NOW
The DMS is the same fit and liner as the DRS 130, what you get with the DMS is replaceable toe and heels. For skiers that aren't going to plane their boots, the DMS is a solid option that you can ski like a bat out of hell in. The cuff of the boot wraps the leg perfectly for precise steering and an amazing response. The connection between the lower and upper shell make for a stiff lateral boot that allows you to get any ski up on edge and quickly.
Another plus to having replaceable toes and heels is that the DMS will be warmer than the DRS. Skiing all day and not just for 2 competion runs, go DMS 130.
A smooth 130 flex that doesn't have any hint of blocking as you drive your kneed forward. The fit is snug and precise but with a large toe box. I measure a 27.5, normally ski a 26.5 and could ski this in a 25.5 with a little boot work -- it runs big, a unique characteristic for a race boot.
DB Comp - 80% of the foam in the liner is thermomoldable. As far as a race liner goes for a boot this is more comfort oreinted than the Lange RS or Head Raptor liner.
4 Micro-Adjustable Buckles - All of the buckles on the DMS 130 are micro adjustable so you can dial in the fit to your liking.
Double Canting Adjustment - Improperly aligned canting can cause severe discomfort, and make it feel unnatural to run your skis flat. You don't have to tolerate that.
40 mm with Cam Lock - As opposed to a traditional velcro strap boots the cam-lock 40mm strap will allow you to get the upper cuff snugger. Snugger fit at the top = better energy tramsmission to the skis.
