The Phase AR long sleeve crew neck is the number one all around base layer from Arcteryx. Our crew loves to put this layer on first thing in the morning, right next to skin. Its so comfortable that you wont want to take it off until you fall asleep. The seams lie flat and don't make too much uncomfortable contact with you skin. The fabric is smooth on the outside so getting a fleece on over won’t be a total pain.
