How to Remove Ski Boot Liners (way easier if boots are at room temp)

  1. Loosen completely – Undo all buckles and the power strap. If you have BOA, release it fully.

  2. Grab the Shell with one hand – Hold the boot in place

  3. Grab the back of the liner with your other hand – Use the pull strap (if there is one) or grab back of the liner cuff.

  4. Push forward with hand holding liner – Keep your other hand on the shell still or fixed in place

How to Reinsert Ski Boot Liners

  1. Check your footbed – Make sure your footbed is flat inside the liner right footbed in right liner.

  2. Line it up – Put the Toe in the Cuff, Liner Cuff will be parallel with floor.

  3. Pinch the heel of liner with one hand – Squeeze the heel with one hand, Squeeze the sides of the heel

  4. Grab liner Cuff with your other hand – As you push down with the hand pinching the heel, pull the cuff into position to get it back into the shell.

Pro Tips

  • Warm them up first – Cold liners are stiff. Bringing them inside or using a boot dryer makes removal easier.
