All you have to do is take one look at the Union Atlas to know it's one of the most badass bindings you can strap into. It's undeniable, it's powerful enough that it can handle the biggest spines and the steepest lines with no speed limit. Through testing this year, I found the Atlas was one of my favorite bindings for just hauling down groomers and laying down big carves. The edge-to-edge response is elite, and adds to how precise each turn feels. No matter how fast I was going it never felt nervous or like it couldn't hang. The Atlas is not super forgiving, If you need or prefer a binding with a ton of flex, steer clear. You'll be happier with something like the Union Force or even the Union Falcor. This is a binding for riders who want to be in the driver's seat all day. Riders that don't mind having to put force into every turn as long as they get power and stability in return. The Atlas doesn't care where you like to spend your time on the mountain, if you have a more aggressive riding style, it will be a trusty companion no matter what.
