If you were already a Smartwool convert, then you might remember the Merino 250 Balaclava. This is the same awesome piece....with a less confusing name. As the old name implies, this balaclava is made from a 250 g/m2 weighted piece of 100% Merino wool. For a mid to heavyweight article of clothing, this thing is really breathable and non-claustrophobic. Contrary to some preconceived notions about wool, this particular strand of merino is soft and stretchy, perfect protection for your sensitive skin on your beautiful face.
