Salomon QST Lux 92 Skis 2025 // Women's

An all-mountain ski that's more exciting off trail than any other ski in its width category. It's nimble, it pivots on a dime, and snaps through tight terrain with ease. It's good on groomers but if that's what you prioritize, look elsewhere. The QST Lux wants to explore everything else.

On groomers, it's a ski. Everywhere else, it becomes a weapon.

DE...WAIT FOR IT...LUX.

The Salomon QST Lux 92 is a ski that'll provide a nimble, playful, and highly maneuverable all-mountain performance no matter where you're skiing. A lot of skis in the low 90s width category can feel too groomer oriented for some people. They lack energy, take a lot of work to release the tails, and don't have the playful vibe some skiers are looking for. The Lux 92 is the opposite. It's at home off trail. It loves to bounce around through tight terrain and has enough width to handle some fresh snow. On groomers, specifically with hard pack conditions, the QST is good, not great. It can hold its own but it's not hard to tell it wants to be doing something else. The trade-off you get with a lack of hard snow performance is that it's an awesome time everywhere else. It's playful and snappy, so whether you're weaving your way through trees, slashing some fresh snow on the side of the trail, or boosting off a side hit, this ski wants to get adventurous. Whether you're on the East Coast or West Coast, the QST Lux 92 could be for you, just keep in mind this ski wants to explore beyond the mundane frontside life. Also, these skis are a great choice for skiers looking to build an Alpine Touring setup that maintains resort capability.

Who is this ski for? Skiers who's favorite runs have trees, bumps, and other unmarked obstacles on them. Also a great option for skiers looking for an approachable all-mountain ski.

Who isn't this ski for? Skiers who prioritize hard pack, high speed, and carving performance.

A great option for skiers who want something that crushes a variety of terrain and conditions but don't want to go too wide. The QST Lux works good on your standard groomer but excels in more variable scenarios. It's nimble, playful, and wants to dip into the trees or rip down some ungroomed terrain.
