The Nordica Santa Ana 88 is an all mountain ski built for cruising or crushing the frontside. The Santa Ana series has been around for a little while now but it's still one of the best skis in the category. At 88mm underfoot this ski is quick edge to edge and offers great grip on firm snow. Rocker in the tip and tail allows for maneuverability if you find yourself skiing off-trail or in tighter, dicier terrain. Compared to the wider Santa Ana 93, the Santa Ana 88 is more precise but it lacks the versatility that the Santa Ana 93 has to offer in softer snow or off-trail. The Santa Ana 88 feels at home on groomers, has smooth turn initiation, and isn’t demanding at low speeds. Combined, these characteristics make it an awesome option for beginner/intermediate skiers looking to feel more confident and in control, or for advanced skiers who want a ski that a little more easygoing if you're not trying to break any world records. It's forgiving when you need it to be, can more than hang if you turn it up a notch and while it is a more groomer-focused ski it can handle some variation in terrain and conditions.

Great on groomers but able to handle some adventures every now and then. It offers really awesome grip and can be skied aggressively, and if you're just cruising around to have a good time the Santa Ana 88 is a blast.
