Jones Storm Wolf Snowboard 2022

Don't be afraid of the shape! Shaped boards are some of the best going and if you're not in the park it could be the perfect fit for you. The Jones Storm Wolf comes off slightly eccentric, but this swallowtail offers much more than what meets the eye. Jones added Carbon Innegra fiber stiffens the board torsionally to reduce twisting, that's gonna keep this board locked in when on edge. The Lone Wolf can carve surprisingly well, often swallowtail board have a very loose feel which is not ideal for carving, the torsional strength of this board eliminates that feels completely. Stable and comfortable at high speed is always a plus, but the amount of control you have in tight situations is unreal. You still have that playful fun feel, you can slash up a storm, and dart between trees with ease. Directional boards are not the best for riders who shred both regular and goofy stance. If you primarily stick to one direction they are a blast, especially in softer snow or glades. Generally this shape indicates a powder board, which the Lone Wolf is awesome in those conditions, but the added stiffness and sidecut allow this board to absolutely shred hard pack. The Jones Lone Wolf will impress on hard snow as well as soft, trying to open up where you spend your time on the hill becomes a lot more fun when your not he right gear.
