While Jones Snowboards typically specialize in stiff, big mountain boards that are designed for deep powder days and untouched chutes, the Jones Frontier is focused more on exploring all the different terrain found at resorts than in the backcountry. If you spend a majority of your time on-trail and in groomed conditions, this board will be perfect for you, as it rips up groomers better than your favorite paper shredder, but still maintains that awesome float and performance in powder and trees that Jones boards are known for. Don’t mistake mid-flex for middle of the road, all it does is open up the entire mountain to exploration. The Jones Frontier snowboard is perfect for intermediate riders, first time buyers, and seasoned veterans who enjoy an easy ride in a variety of terrain.
