Jones Freecarver 6000s Snowboard 2024

A playful all-mountain carver with a medium flex. A shortened sidecut makes it snappy and ideal for short to medium-radius carves. One of the most fun boards to carve on, it's energetic in and out of a carve but feels precise and gripped once you're in it. Also one of the most fun boards to slash on. Kinda felt like Kelly Slater rippin' over spring rollers on this thing. Surfs up.

Lean into it and rip short radius turns while feeling like you're on a rollercoaster track.

STARVIN FOR SOME CARVIN.

Introducing a brand new board that I think I've seen in my dreams before. The Freecarver series is two new boards, the Freecarver 6000s and the Freecarver 9000s, that are both directional freeride boards designed for getting on rail and carving trenches like you're racing against the clock. The 6000s is the more playful of the pair thanks to a shorter sidecut, and that's the only significant difference between the boards. The Freecarver 6000s six-meter sidecut is ideal for snapping short slalom turns and carving around tight trees. If you're just into ripping monster GS turns and opening it up in big terrain, The Freecarver 9000s is better suited for that thanks to a nine-meter sidecut. The 6000s features a medium flex, full camber profile, and a tapered directional shape that is just a dream to carve on. It's energetic, grips well, and feels automatic in and out of a carve. It feels like a mix between a race, boardercross, and freeride board. On top of awesome groomer performance, it's super fun to mess around on over rollers, berms, or a slushy park. This is a snappy, high-performance ride that excels at carving tight turns.

Who's this board for? Riders who spend their day ripping tight carves and slashing all over the mountain.

Who isn't this board for? Riders who want that board that's good at everything. You do sacrifice some versatility with the Freecarver.
