Great for average feet and above average skiers. This boot can drive some powerful, burly skis easily but isn't uncomfortable to be in all day. Win, Win. Dalbello has done a nice job pulling from DNA from their race line and relaying that into a more recreational friendly package.

The new Veloce line, from Dalbello, is a win. The 130 flex Veloce is a ripping boot that fits average feet really well. The 130 flex allows you to drive any ski you'd like with great efficiency. It's responsive, has a smooth and predictable power transfer from boot to ski. Even though this is a stiffer boot it's not difficult to put on and it's not the most uncomfortable thing out there, which can't be said for some other stiff boots out there. For a boot on the higher end of the performance spectrum it maintains some of the comfort you usually find in lower flex boot options. If you're an advaced skier that is moving on from stiff, uncomfortable boots but you're not moving on from skiing hard every now and then this is a boot that is worth checking out.
The Veloce 130 is precise in the heel and has a good hold on the back of your foot. The mid/forefoot area of the boot is bit wider than some other 100mm lasted boots. Instep and top of the foot is snug and precise but not overbearing. Toe box is generous in length but not enough to warrant sizing down unless you are after a more performance oriented fit. The Veloce 130 is an awesome balance of a boot that won't hold you back as far as performance goes while keeping comfort at the top of the priority list.
