The new Dalbello Veloce's are good boots for skiers with average feet (mid-volume) that don't want to be in the most precise fitting boot out there but still want to be able to drive skis effortlessly. The Veloce 120 is more accesible for average skiers, compared to stiffer boots, that want a more comfortable 120 flex ski boot. Even though this is a relatively more relaxed fitting 120 flex ski boot, that doesn't mean it can't perform. The 120 flex has a smooth and predictable power transfer from boot to ski and is great for progressing skiers or experts that don't need the stiffest boot out there.
The Veloce 120 is snug in the heel but by no means aggressive. The mid/forefoot area of the boot is bit wider than some other 100mm lasted boots. Instep and top of the foot is snug and precise but not overbearing. Toe box is generous in length. Looking for more power and a more precise fit? Go Veloce 130
