Atomic Bent Chetler 120 Skis 2025

Yes, it's wide. Yes, it floats. Yes, it's dope. All of that, combined with some good all-mountain capabilities if the snow isn't perfect blower pow, makes for one of the best powder skis we've tested. This is everything a skier needs and want out of a powder ski.

Made for those special days when Mother Nature supplies you with conditions you'll never forget.

FLOAT GOAT.

The Atomic Bent Chetler 120 is a Ski Monster tester favorite for powder skis. Year after year this is one of the most sought-after skis for people looking for a ski for deep days, and every skier should have a powder ski in the quiver. A construction update to improve maneuverability and turn initaion is minor but makes the Bent a little more well-rounded than its predecessor.  Why is the Bent Chetler 120 so popular amongst powder hounds? It does everything you want a powder ski to do while maintaining solid all-mountain characteristics if the powder day isn't as deep as you expected. The Bent 120 floats effortlessly, has a quick and agile feel through tight terrain, and offers just enough of a solid, confident feel at speed and over some tracked-out terrain that you won't feel nervous. We are generally impressed with how well these ski hold up over firm terrain considering how wide, playful, and nimble the skis are.  The Bent 120 also has a relatively forgiving flex pattern which is great for more playful, freestyle-oriented skiers or less experienced skiers who don't have perfect skiing form. These skis can be pushed pretty hard for a lighter-weight powder ski but they certainly don't need to be pushed hard to access the performance they have to offer. Happy sending to all, and to all a great powder day.

Who is this ski for? Powder hounds of all skiing abilities. Skiers who are looking for a powder ski that feels well-rounded and isn't totally out of place over less-than-desirable terrain.

Who isn't this ski for? Skiers who hate powder or skiers looking for a powerful carving ski. This isn't a ski you buy for a "do it all" one ski quiver unless you only ski deep pow.

Technology update:

3D Horizon Tech improves maneuverability and liveliness in the ski and allows for easier turn initiation.
