The regular fit of the Arcteryx Sabre AR is perfect for all your layers this season. You can take this thing out on any ski day and be set up for success. The super waterproof Gore-Tex 3 layer fabric is lined with a brushed fleece interior. You would not call this shell insulated, but the brushed fleece feels really nice against your skin and aids in moisture wicking. The hood is helmet compatible and the powder skirt has attachment points for Arcteryx pants, perfect for stormy days. There are three pockets on the outside of the jacket. Both of the hand pockets are high enough to be pack compatible and accept skins. The pocket on the left shoulder is perfect for RFID ski passes. On the inside you will find two more pockets for the essentials. The Sabre AR jacket used to be called the Sabre Jacket.
