Line Optic 96 Skis 2025

Line's new all-mountain skis look great and more importantly, ski like a beast. Line did an awesome job blending freeride DNA that they're known for with powerful all-mountain performance that the hardest charging skiers can appreciate. The Optic has a damp feel that can confidently carry speed with impressive composure. It's going to feel more powerful than most skis around 96mm, which is great for stronger skiers who like a stable ski, the downside is that it's going to feel more sluggish at lower speeds than some of those comparable skis. This means it's more work off-trail, initiating turns, and through short-radius carves. A ski with a more forgiving construction, like a Ripstick 96 Black is going to feel more exciting in those scenarios. The Blade Optic is more than capable of all those things, it just wants a skier that can drive it. At 96mm it can handle just about any snow condition, and won't feel out of place anywhere on the mountain. The Optic is as good as it gets when it comes to high-speed stability, so it's going to power over chop and turbulent snowpack like it's nothing. The Line Optic is built for speed. This is the option for skiers who like having more to their ski to bring their aggression up a level.
