Tecnica's Mach1 120 HV is the wider, higher volume version of the super popular Mach1 120 MV.  Sharing all the same technology just on a platform that is friendlier for skiers who want a more comfort oriented fit, have bigger feet or higher insteps.  The HV shell is also a tad more forgiving on the inside of the foot around the ankle bone than the MV shell. Though the fit is more forgiving the performance is top notch just like the other Mach1 boots.  This wasn't the case in the older HV ski boots the predecessor's to the HV shell.  We're a fan, they ski well, are warm, and are a breeze to do custom work on. This is one of our most popular ski boots in our inventory. It works for a ton of skiers and foot shapes that lean towards comfort or have wider feet. An update to the "T-Drive" on the spine of the boot this season has improved performance to keep your ski day as efficient as possible. 

Bootfitter's Notes

The Mach1 120 HV is a wider fitting 103 mm last and feels long for it's size but not enough to warrant sizing down. It is more forgiving on top of the instep than most 103 mm lasts, but precise in the heel. The heel is on the snug side for how voluminous the rest of the fit is but will break in nicely after the liner is molded to your feet. The Mach boots can be easily punched in the areas that are commonly problematic in ski boots. The liner is more plush than the stiffer Mach1 130 HV to improve comfort levels and decrease break in time.

All returns must be made within 90 days of your purchase date and must be in new condition (tags attached, unused, unwashed, and unworn).
