The S/Pro Alpa 120 is one of our favorite low-volume boots. It's a 120 flex boot with an awesome low-volume fit. It drives skis smoothly and predictably while offering enough performance for a wide range of different skier types.

The Salomon S/Pro Alpha 120 is a low-volume boot with a high-performance threshold. The Alpha 120 fits really well, has an easy-to-access power band, and it works for a huge range of skier types. The 120 flex offers great power and responsiveness, but compared to the stiffer S/Pro Alpha 130 it's more forgiving, meaning it works better for less experienced skiers or lighter-weight experts who don't need the stiffest boot out there. For a low-volume boot, the Alpha 120 is an easy boot to put on and take off. The Alpha 120 also has a heat-moldable shell, heat-moldable liner, and a removable tongue; making it one of the easiest boots to modify for fit adjustments. If you're an intermediate to advanced skier with narrow feet looking for a responsive boot that can hold your feet in well and make your ski day more enjoyable, this is for you. Salomon builds some of the best boots on the market --this is definitely no slouch, and it works for less experienced skiers. 

Bootfitter's Notes

The Salomon S/Pro Alpha is a true low-volume boot built for narrower feet and skiers who prefer a locked-in feel. The width feels true for a 98mm lasted low-volume boot. Compared to some other low-volume boots the S/Pro Alpha 120 is more generous across the instep and on top of the foot, making it a great choice for skiers with a larger instep or higher arches. The liner is firm in the heel and Achilles but is less aggressive than some other boots in this category such as the Atomic Hawx Ultra 120. The length is true to size, however, the toe box may feel slightly crowded before the liner and/or shell are molded to your feet.

 Use the sizing chart below to get a general idea of your ski boot size, but keep in mind that personal shoe habits — like sizing up — can make charts misleading. Ski boots are sized in mondo point, which is simply the length of your foot in centimeters, and there’s no true half sizing — 26.0 and 26.5 are typically the same boot.

All returns must be made within 90 days of your purchase date and must be in new condition (tags attached, unused, unwashed, and unworn).
