Giro's newest helmet, the Tenaya is a light weight hybrid construction helmet, meaning it's made from two different types of shell. A durable hard shell ventilated Upper and a lightweight In-Mold lower and on the sidewalls. This dual constructions creates a great fit and breathability, without extra weight. A lot of us were able to test out this helmet and found it to be a very comfortable option compared to some of our old heavier helmets. Plus is has a small brim that makes it lock up with a goggle nearly seamlessly. The textured topper not only looks cool, it helps prevent your goggles from sliding up over the helmet when you have them pulled off your face. Made with MIPS technology for protection against rotational crashes, you will feel safe and secure and still forget you're even wearing a helmet.
