The Capita Mercury is a tool for crushing all faces of the mountain. Versatility is the name of the game with this one. Groomers, trees, bowls, side hits, cliff drops, you name it, the Mercury will make its mark. The board’s flex pattern falls in the medium stiff range, so it’s awesome for going fast and blasting through whatever terrain you come across. It’s not as playful or easy to ride as the Defenders of Awesome from Capita but it is gonna to provide more power and stability.

It’s not a powder board, but the set-back stance and added rocker in the nose will allow it to handle soft snow just fine. On groomers, a camber profile and that responsive feel will provide precise turn initiation and solid grip. This board wants to go wherever you want to take it. It’s not specialized in one area, it’s just really good in all of them. 

Who is this board for? This board works for a huge range of riding styles. Snowboarders who love a board that performs well on groomers but need a board that is just as capable off-trail. 
Who isn't this board for? Riders who love really playful board or riders who spend all their time searching for soft snow.
