The Atomic Hawx Ultra 115 is one of the highest performing and precise fitting women's ski boots we carry. It's built for the skier who is out there to squeeze nearly every ounce of performance out of their skis and skiers who prioritize a locked-in feel. There isn't a ski out there that the Ultra 115 can't keep up with and there are very few skiers who would want or need a boot more powerful than the Ultra 115. It offers great rebound and energy transfer to your ski, and while it is a more performance-oriented boot, it isn't totally overbearing if you have the right foot shape for the Ultra 115. The Ultra 115 is also much lighter than you'd expect a powerful boot to be, allowing it to be put on more easily than some other high-flex boots in this category. If you're a harder-charging intermediate or advanced skier looking for a boot that won't ever hold you back, regardless of the terrain you're skiing or how hard you're pushing it, the Ultra 115 is your boot. 

Bootfitter's Notes

The Hawx Ultra 115 is a low volume boot, however, the 98mm should not scare you off, it's a forgiving 98 mm in the forefoot. Partly because the shell is a little bit thinner and anatomically shaped. The toe box is a bit more pointed, but will not warrant sizing up. The heel pocket is firm, precise and offers some of the best heel hold you can find in recreational ski boots. Out of the box, you may notice excess pressure on the tips of your ankle bones, this will go away after heat molding the shell. The instep room is generous for a 98 mm last. If you're looking for a fit that's precise but want a more forgiving flex, check out the Ultra 95.
