The Unlimited 115 is a powerful alpine touring boot with a mid-volume fit. It works for a lot of different foot shapes and while it is geared towards advanced skiers, it isn't an uncomfortable boot to be in all day. It's smooth and efficient on touring days and offers enough performance for any resort day you throw at it.

The Nordica Unlimited 115 is one of the highest-performing women's specific boots for alpine touring. The Unlimited series replaces the Nordica Strider series and is a major improvement on the uphill side of things and the downhill side. At a 115 flex, there isn't a ski out there the Unlimited can't drive with power and confidence. Some alpine touring boots sacrifice too much performance on the downhill side of things, not the Unlimited. Enough of the fit and skiing characteristics of Nordicas downhill boots have made their way into the Unlimited to make it one of the better skiing options in the alpine touring category. On touring days, the Unlimited has a smooth walk function to allow for a natural stride on the uphills. This isn't the lightest touring alpine touring boot, but it makes up for the extra weight with the power and responsiveness that expert skiers are looking for on the way downhill.  

Bootfitter's Notes

The Nordica Unlimited 115 shares a lot of the fit characteristics of the Nordica SpeedMachine line; if that boot fits your foot the chances of the Unlimited 115 fitting are really high. The Unlimited 115 is firm in the heel, true to a mid-volume fit in width, and a tad generous in length. The top of the foot and instep are true to a mid-volume fit but leaning towards the more precise side of things; however, the closure system on the lower shell wraps the foot evenly to avoid buckles digging into the top of your foot even when those buckles are cranked down. The liner is heat moldable which will help to take out any small pressure points you may have in the boot with very minimal work.
