How long is the Stoke Pass valid?
For 1 year from date of purchase.
Do I need to activate my pass?
You will receive an email to activate, immediately after your purchase, click activate and your discount will be automatically applied for any online or instore purchases.
When will my Stoke Pass discount be live?
Your Stoke Pass discount is active immediately after purchase. Just make sure you're logged into the account you used at checkout — your discount will apply automatically online and in-store.
Can I use my member only discount on sale items or services?
Yes, your discount is valid for any purchase whether it's good or services and can be applied for items that are already on sale, no matter how crazy the sale price is.
Do the free tunes or demos expire?
Yes, June 1st 2027.
How do I book my free tunes or demos?
Just simply give the person ringing you out your name, if you have made multiple purchases with us under different emails, make sure you use the email you used when buying your stoke pass.
How big is your demo fleet?
For 25/26, our demo fleet featured 200 pairs of skis — all pulled from our in-stock inventory. For 26/27, that number’s climbing to 250 pairs. If we sell it and it's in stock, you can demo it.
Is the Stoke Pass refundable?
The Stoke pass is non-refundable.
Can I gift a Stoke Pass to someone else?
If you enter in the recipents info, name and email then yes. Or shoot us an email and we'll help you out.
Is the stoke pass available for purchase year round?
No, 25/26 Stoke pass is available for sale through July 31, 2026.
