Volkl through the years has made a lot of skis that are difficult to ski, with the Men's M6 and Women's Secret 96 that all changes. While the Secret 96 still delivers everything an expert skier would ever ask for in a all-mountain ski, it is significantly better and more approachable for intermediate level skiers. The waist width is coast to coast friendly and the shape is great for New England trails which trend to the narrow side of the spectrum. It's easier to let the Secret 96 run instead of feeling like you need to scrub speed like in the previous Secret 92 or Aura. The Secret 96 is one of our top tested women's skis for 2021/2022.
