Most 3L Gore shells are a technical fit, the Chugach GTX from Under Armour is definitely on the loose fitting side, a major postive for those that like to layer more heavily or just like that style.  Gore 3L pieces are super durable and great for skiers that tend to be 'tough' on their equipment -- the fabric won't rip easily, it's tough.  When the conditions start to warm up or the heart gets moving you can easily access the core vents that will quickly cool you down.  The vents wrap around the rib cage going from front to back cooling you down more quickly then pit-zips.  This is Under Armour's top of the line hardshell, it's pretty solid.  

Fit

Loose Fit - Like most Under Armour outerwear it fits big, if that's what your going for or you're in between sizes in a lot of brands, this could really do the trick.

This is a 3 Layer waterproof and breathable shell.

Performance Level

Gore-Tex 3 Layer Fabric - Boasting the best waterproof technology and great breathability.  

Insulation

There is no insulation in this shell.

Pockets

Zippered hand pockets, Mad Trapper pocket for accessories, interior mesh pocket and RF pocket on the sleeve.

Venting

The Chugach GTX has ventilation that wraps around the rib cage for unreal venting, seriously awesome!
