The Spyder Nordwand Shell Pant is built for the ski mountaineering legend Chris Davenport. This shell pant is one of the coolest pants that Spyder makes. It is stitched together with lightweight and durable Pertex Shield+ nylon fabric that has a nice stretch to it. All exposed zippers are waterproof and the waist of this pant has a very unique neoprene gaiter. When the snow is super deep, you can flip the waist up and seal winter out. If you need to look good in the bar, you can always untuck your shirt and roll down the waistband. Combine all those features with internal boot gaiters and inner & outer thigh vents and you get one hell of a pant for your money.

There are two hand warmer pockets and and a back left pocket that are all covered by waterproof zippers.

The Nordwand Pants have interior and exterior vents that are closed with YKK waterproof zippers.
