Arguably the most comfortable low volume, 98 mm lasted ski boot that exists.  For being a low volume boot it is easy to put on something that can't be said for most low volume boots.  The S/Max 110 is also a great boot for intermediates to progess to experts, once said skier becomes an expert, the S/Max 110 will still perform well. It is a strong enough boot to power the most powerful skis.

How's the fit? The S/Max 110 runs a little short for it's size, but not enough for you to increase a shell size.  The width is a true 98mm last. While the S/Max is easy to put on, it is snug on the instep. It is snug in the heel without being too snug on the ankle bones.  The S/Max 120 is going to feel a more snug in the heel pocket and forefoot due to a denser liner.
