Whether we're talking performance, comfort, or style, the Kiana Boot from Salomon is simply one of the best. From the BOA lace-up to the inner liner, everything here is designed to keep you feeling and riding great on the hill. The dual Boa allows you to independently tighten the upper and lower zones of the boot to give your calf and your heel the fit that they need, as opposed to tightening them both on the same system. More security and responsiveness will also make the boot feel stiffer and more responsive, which is great for experienced riders who have a more aggressive style. The boot won’t flex forward as much, which ensures that all the power you generate is transferred to your board. Warm and cushioned liners complete the package to make sure that you’re not only shredding your best but that your feet are warm and cozy as you do it. No one likes worrying about their boots, it's time to focus on having some fun and ripping it up.
Bootfitter's notes:
This is a great option for anyone looking for a precise, consistent fit that's narrow throughout. Someone with a wider foot may find it to be too snug and may wanna check out something wider (K2 and Ride make wider boots). Something like the Ride Hera will fit better for a wider foot and perform similarly to the Kiana. The Kiana runs true to size and has great support around the ankle. Also has the right amount of squeeze around the achilles to keep your heel seated, which is perfect for riders with narrow feet.

A narrow-fitting, medium-flexing boot that provides a precise and dialed fit and works best for a narrow foot. The flex pattern is approachable but capable of some more advanced riding. This is gonna be an awesome option for a huge range of all-mountain riders. If you're ready for something stiffer than rentals or "beginner boots" but don't want the stiffest, the Kiana's the boot for you.
